人参锈腐菌 Cylindrocarpon destructans 侵染对人参生理指标的影响
Influence of Cylindrocarpon destructans Infection on Physiological Characters of Panax ginseng
摘要
Abstract
Cylindrocarpon destructans is a destructive pathogen that causing severely rust rot of Panax ginseng.In northeast region of China,C.destructans cause significantly yield decline approximately 35% annually.In the present work, leaves and fibrous roots of P.ginseng that infected by C.destructans 0,0.25,0.5,1,4,7 and 12 days after inoculation were sampled,and changes on the content of malondialdehyde,proline,and root activity of them were examined.Results showed that the content variation of malondialdehyde and proline in leaves of P.ginseng were improved along with the inoculating time,while there has no obvious correlation between variation of root activity and C.destructans infection.关键词
