摘要

Abstract

Objective:To optimize ethanol reflux optimal extraction technique for Panax ginseng and confirm the optimum extraction process parameters by multi index comprehensive weighted score evaluation.Methods: Orthogonal experiment method was applied to investigate ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction times,solvent consumption and their interaction effects on ginseng alcohol extraction process.The total ginseng saponins was determined by UV and the content of ginsenoside Rg1 ,Re and Rb1 were determined by HPLC-ELSD.With transfer rate of Rg1 and Re ginsenosides, ginsenoside Rb1 ,tatal ginseng saponin yeild and the extract rate as the index,the extraction was comprehensive evaluated by using the weighted scoring method.Results:The optimum factors was 6 times of 70% ethanol,refluxing and extracting for 2 h,for 3 times.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is simple,easy,with good reproducibility and suitable for industrial production.
