柴胡挥发油大孔树脂富集工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the process for the enrichment of essential oil from Bupleurum chinese with macroporous resin.Methods:The sample amount,sample flow rate,diameter height ratio and amount of desorption liquid were studied through dynamic test with the absorbency as an index.Results:The optimum process:X-5 macroporous resin, sample amount 34 BV,sample flow rate 4 BV·h -1 ,diameter height ratio1∶5,amount of desorption liquid 3 BV.Conclusion:After enrichment through X-5 macroporous resin,the concentration of essential oil from B.chinese increased 11 times,main component type and relative content are approximately consistent.Using this method can better enrich essential oil from B.chinese.关键词
