Research Progress of Black Ginseng
摘要
Abstract
Recently some researches on black ginseng,a processing product of ginseng only in China have been reported.The presented paper reviews the processing technology,chemical composition and pharmacological activity of black ginseng in order to lay a foundation for further rational development and utilization.The study is further needed in respects of quality control standard,unique pharmacological components and metabolism of ginsenosides of black ginseng.关键词
