温通针法配合缪刺法治疗风寒湿型肩周炎临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of warming-dredging needling combined with contralateral puncture treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp. Methods:60 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group with conventional acupuncture manipulation, observation group treated with warming-dredging needling combined with contralateral puncture, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, signif-icantly higher than that of control group by 70%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Curative effect of warming-dredging needling combined with contralateral puncture treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp is reliable, being worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
