艾条悬灸肾俞、关元对肾阳虚大鼠垂体-肾上腺轴和垂体-甲状腺轴的影响
The Influence of Suspended Moxibustion at Shenshu, Guanyuan on Pituitary Adrenal Axis and Pituitary Thyroid Axis in Kidney Yang Deficiency Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of suspended moxibustion on pituitary adrenal axis and pituitary thyroid axis in kidney yang defi-ciency rats. Methods:The rat models of kidney yang deficiency were made by hydrocortisone muscle injection, and randomly divided into model control group (MCG) and moxibustion treating group (MTG), and blank control group (BCG), there were 8 rats in each group. The rats in MTG was treated with suspension moxibustion at Shenshu and Guanyuan, 20min per time every single point, the moxibustion (once a day) was continued for 14 days. The content of serum CORT, ACTH, T3, T4 and TSH in rats were detected by ELISA and mRNA expression of ACTH and TSH by RT-PCR after treatment was finished. Results:Compared with MCG, the content of serum CORT in MTG had no obvious difference (P>0.05), the content of serum ACTH, T4,TSH and mRNA expression of ACTH and TSH in pituitary all had obvious difference (P<0.05), the content of serum T3 had signifi-cant difference (P<0.01). Compared with BCG, every index mentioned above in MTG had no obvious difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:There was obvious efficacy in treating kidney yang deficiency rats with suspension moxibustion at Shenshu and Guanyuan.关键词
