对王清任“补阳助阳”与“回阳”学术思想的认识∗
Understanding WANG Qingren’ s theory of“supplementing and support-ing yang” and “restoring yang”
摘要
Abstract
From four aspects of connotation, indication of application, prescription and herbal medicine, this article elaborates on the authors 'understanding of WANG Qingren ’ s theory of “supplementing and supporting yang” and “restoring yang”. Supplementing and supporting yang is a featured approach of re-plenishing original qi, indicated for pattern of qi deficiency. WANG Qingren composed ten famous qi-toni-fying formulas. Sheng Huangqi (raw astragalus) and Dangshen(codonopsispilosula) are the most com-monly used qi-tonifying medicinals. Restoring yang is directed against the pattern of yang deficiency, with two formulas. Pao Fuzi (processed aconite root) is the primary herb to restore yang. WANG Qingren's theory of “supplementing and supporting yang” and “restoring yang”has an important role in guiding TCM internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, facial features, and dermatology etc. They are worthy of inheritance and further development.关键词
