商宪敏教授治疗干燥综合征的临床经验
Professor SHANG Xianmin’s experience for Sjogren’s syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHANG Xianmin points out that the basic pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome(SS)is dryness due to yin deficiency,especially liver-kidney yin deficiency,accompanied with pathological changes of the zang-fu organs including lung,spleen and stomach.Professor SHANG treats SS in accord-ance with five main pattern types:yin deficiency pattern treated with the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat,retaining the body fluid and moisturizing dryness;qi deficiency pattern treated with replen-ishing qi and invigorating spleen,enriching yin and moistening dryness;yin and yang deficiency pattern treated with method of strengthening yang and yin;qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern treated with soothing the liver and eliminating the stagnation of qi,tonifying and activating blood;noxious dryness in-trinsic pattern treated with clearing dryness and expelling toxic materials to increase fluids and protect yin.Furthermore,she adds and subtracted herbal medicines to the formula based on the accompanying patterns.关键词
