中医证候规范化研究中无监督方法探讨
Unsupervised methods in TCM syndrome standardization study
摘要
Abstract
The methods of TCM Syndrome Standardization Study include the Supervised method and the Unsuper-vised method. The common Unsupervised methods in the study of TCM syndrome standardization include Multidimen-sional Scaling,Principal Components Analysis,Factor Analysis,Clustering Analysis,Association Rule,Latent Structure Models,Structural Equation Model and Information Entropy,the explanation of the relationship between the symptoms have a different direction since different unsupervised method based on the different thought and principle,so the dif-ferent results can reflecting the different problems. During the study of the standardization of TCM syndrome study, there are three aspects need to pay attention:the quality of the data should be strictly controlled,the analysis method should be selected properly and the data results should be refined and interpreted by professional researchers.关键词
