姜德友经方治疗绝经前后诸证
JIANG Deyou’s prescription for treatment of perimenopausal syndrome
摘要
Abstract
The main symptoms of Perimenopausal syndrome are menstrual irregularities,tidal fever,profuse swea-ting and emotional changes,frequency and time of onset without rules,the course of varying lengths,and the elderly can be persistent for several years,and even some patients can last ten years appear this kind of symptom,short is months can be cured. Western medicine believes that Perimenopausal syndrome caused by ovarian dysfunction caused by the fluctuations of the menstrual irregularities,blood vessels,symptoms of relaxation,psychiatric symptoms,etc. Pro-fessor JIANG believes that the mechanism of Perimenopausal syndrome is that the woman about 50 years old, kidney gradually decline,reproduction-stimulating essence gradually decline,liver and kidney from same source,kidney defi-ciency caused liver blood deficiency ,so that it caused constraining of liver qi or liver qi depression,in addition,the woman takes the liver as a priori,the woman is easy to mood swings,the good thinks and likes sad,coupled with social pressures,many internal and external environment,long stagnation of the liver qi and kidney imbalance of yin and yang and often involve the heart,spleen,kidney and other dirty. For the treatment of this disease,Professor JIANG pay atten-tion to soothing liver and emolliating liver,harmonizing yin and yang,at the same time,pay attention to the other organs.关键词
