清利活化法论治宫腔黏连
Clearing heat and activating blood method for intrauterine adhesion
摘要
Abstract
The intrauterine adhesions is caused by improper operation of uterine surgery . Clinical main symptoms of intrauterine adhesions is abnormal Menstrual,such as hypomenorrhea and amenorrhea,and reproductive functions, such as infertility and recurrent abortion. On the one hand,professor Zhang Xiaosu holds that the key pathogenesis of the disease is dampness and hotness obstruction,which is as“inflammatory response”. Therefore,clearing heat and promoting diuresis and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the main therapy,meanwhile treatment should take the transformation of healthy energy-evil struggle into consider. On the other hand,patients with intrauter-ine adhesions always present kidney deficiency syndrome,therefore,treatment should combined with kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating. In this way,menstruation and fertility function could be back to normal.关键词
