益气养阴中药对糖尿病肾病早期患者生存质量的影响
Chinese medicine to treat diabetes Yiqiyangyin quality of survival in patients with early nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective By observing Yiqiyangyin medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy affects the quality of life in patients with early,explore Integrative intervention on quality of life in patients with combined strengths and characteristics. Methods Select 60 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy Qiyinliangxu our hospital as the research object,randomized,observation group,30 patients in the control group of 30 patients,two groups were given a comprehensive treatment,observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin control group were treated with irbesartan and placebo were similar and traditional Chinese medicine,three months for a course of treatment,were observed in 6 months,respectively,before treatment,3 months 6 months using the diabetes-specific quality of life scale( DQOL)were evaluated. Results DQOL scores before and after treatment groups:observation group were significantly changed in the four dimensions of existence DQOL scale,physiological functions integral di-mension in the first 3 months and 6 months compared to baseline levels were significantly increased(P ﹤ 0. 05);psy-chological spiritual dimensions integration in the first 3 months and 6 months compared with baseline levels were sig-nificantly increased(P ﹤ 0. 05);the impact of treatment on patients in the first three months dimensions and 6 months compared to baseline levels were significantly increased(P ﹤ 0. 05);Integral dimension of physiological functions in the control group at 6 months compared with baseline levels were significantly increased(P ﹤ 0. 05);the treatment of patients affected dimensions in the first six months when compared to baseline levels were significantly increased(P ﹤0. 05);the total score in the first six months when compared to baseline levels were significantly increased,and the re-maining index itself does not produce statistically significant difference before and after. Conclusion Yiqiyangyin herbs can significantly improve the overall condition of the patient’s quality of life.关键词
