针刺治疗原发性多汗症临床观察
Acupuncture treatment for primary pyperhidrosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of aucupuncture remedy for primary hyperhidrosis and its in-fluence on sympathetic skin. Methods There were 45 student volunteers from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine including 30 patients with hyperhidrosis as a treatment group and 15 volunteers without hyperhidro-sis as a control group. For teretment gropu,patients were aucupuncture. Control group did not dffer aucupuncture reme-dy. A therapy session is 10 days,each session interval 3days,altogether 3 sessions. Results The clinical curative effect observation:full set of 16 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,5 cases ineffective. Total effective rate was 83. 3℅ ;the SSR detection:compared with healthy controls,patients with primary hyperhidrosis group limb Amp declined obviously(P ﹤ 0. 05). After 3 courses of treatment,limbs Amp has rebounded significantly,are back to nor-mal. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment for primary hyperhidrosis effect is remarkable,and its mechanism may be related to improve the function of the sympathetic nerve fibers.关键词
