中医康复护理融入舒适护理在剖宫产围手术期中的应用
Rehabilitation nursing in traditional Chinese medicine into experience of comfort care in application during caesarean operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To rehabilitation nursing in traditional Chinese medicine combined with comfortable nurs-ing,using the empirical observation in patients with caesarean operation period nursing experience. Methods Ran-domly selected hospital cesarean section in 300 cases,were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,the control group was given normalstandardized nursing,the intervention group in the control group was given on the basis of comfortable nursingcare measures and integrated into the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nurs-ing content. Using the Zung self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)before discharge to maternal psychological status assessment. And two sets of statistics and lactation time,anal exhaust time. Results Showed that the intervention group postoperative nursing satisfaction is higher than that of control group,and the time of lactation and anus exhaust time were less than those of control group. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in tradi-tional Chinese medicine combined with comfortable nursing can promote milk secretion in patients after cesarean sec-tion,shorten the time of anus exhaust,improve the patients during peri operation period nursing satisfaction.关键词
