胆囊结石行腹腔镜胆囊切除术对肝功能及应激反应的影响
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy on liver function and stress reaction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)on the liver function and stress reaction. Methods A total of 50 patients with cholecystolithiasis were included in the study and served as the observa-tion group. Moreover,50 patients with cholecystolithiasis for open cholecystectomy(OC)were served as the control group. The patients in the two groups were performed with operation under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation. The fasting peripheral venous blood 1d before operation,1 d and 5 d after operation was collected. The levels of CRP, BG,Cor,TBIL,ALT,AST,and GGT were detected. Results The levels of various indicators 1 d after operation were sig-nificantly elevated when compared with before operation(P ﹤0. 05),the levels 5 d after operation were significantly low-er than those 1d after operation,basically recovering to the levels 1d before operation(P ﹤0. 05). The recovering degree in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P ﹤0. 05). The levels of various indica-tors 1 d after operation were significantly elevated when compared with before operation(P ﹤0.05),the levels 5 d after operation were significantly lower than those 1d after operation,basically recovering to the levels 1d before operation(P ﹤ 0.05). The recovering degree in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P ﹤0.05). Conclusion Under the same conditions,the damage degree of LC on the stress reaction and liver function is signifi-cantly lower than that by OC with a significant advantage;therefore,it should be widely recommended in the clinic.关键词
