大牛地气田钻井液不落地技术与实践
Technology and Practice of Without Landing Drilling Fluid in Daniudi Gas Field
摘要
Abstract
There is a mount of drilling waste in Daniudi gas field and its environment is poor.In order to strengthen environmental protection and improve the efficiency of drilling waste recycling to achieve a green economic develop-ment field, the“mud brick pool and mature drilling fluid system” and“skid-mounted drilling equipment and envi-ronmental protection” as the main without landing drilling fluid technology was tested gradually from hardware e-quipment and drilling fluid system.Field application in 21 wells showed that:skid-mounted drilling equipment and the integration of environmental protection without landing drilling fluid technology has good effect on the aspects of environmental protection and energy saving.And it is important to improve the reuse of waste in the value of large-scale applications and establish an integrated treatment station to improve oil and gas company′s economic and envi-ronmental benefits.关键词
