摘要

Abstract

Micro energy harvesters have received much attention domestic and overseas attention according to their potential of replacing the traditional battery for wireless sensor networks which is the key technology in twenty-first century affecting people’s lives.Firstly we emphatically introduce the research of micro-piezoelectric and micro-electromagnetic energy har-vesters,then the structural design and the characteristics of them including natural frequency,output voltage and output power are discussed to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of their energy-harvesting module and energy-storage mod-ule.Finally the challenges and trends are summarized in the end.
