摘要

Abstract

Installation of line MOA is an effective measure for decreasing trip-out accident due to lighting stroke on overhead line, enhancing reliability of power supply and reducing service cost. The basic functions for line MOA are described and by the alternative transient program electrical-magnetic transient program ( ATP-EMTP) software,the lightning withstand level is being simulate studied after lightning arrester installed. It improves the safety protection effectively, calculates conveniently and gets correctly result.
