摘要

Abstract

In this paper,effects of temperature,illumination and GA on germination of bitter gourd seeds were studied. The results showed that there were some effects of temperature on germination of bitter gourd seeds. The germination rate was 64. 0% -68. 0% when the optimum temperature was 30 - 33℃. With the increase of the dark and full illumination (24 h/d)time,germination rate was increased. The germination rate was 98. 0% at 120 h dark and full illumination (24 h/d). The germination rate at dark was slightly higher than that at full illumination. High concentration GA would im-prove seed germination. It was helpful for seed germination,obtaining 82. 0% -84. 0% when 500 -1000 mg/L GA was used.
