Abstract
Slow-release and digestion of writing anxiety for non-English major college students become the rela-tively difficult learning tasks and technical bottlenecks to break through, mainly involving students' subjective emo-tional lack of self-confidence, then occurrence of the behaviors such as being instantaneous, not knowing how to start writing and what to write, fear and avoidance of writing, which result from the detail problems in vocabulary, grammar, sentence pattern structure. By tracking the interview of non-English major college students, the paper ana-lyzes the causes which lead to the dynamic change of the interviewees' writing anxiety in the process of writing, adopts innovative thinking of solving problems in interdisciplinary studies, integrates the psychological consultation technology and English learning strategy to explore slow-release strategy of writing anxiety, thus to achieve the aim of teaching to improve college students' English writing ability.关键词
