三步针罐疗法治疗颈源性头痛综合征30例效果观察
Effect Observation and Action Mechanism of Three-step Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy in Treatment of 30 Patients with Cervical Headache Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy in treatment of cervi-cal headache syndrome ( CHS) . Methods A total of 30 CHS patients during March 2012 and May 2015 were treated with three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy, and all patients took three courses of treatment (10 d/a course of treat-ment, 2 d/each plastochrone) . The clinical efficacy assessments including comprehensive therapeutic effect, visual ana-logue scales ( VAS) score, relapse rate six months after treatment and incidence rate of adverse reactions were performed. Results The total effective rate was 96. 7%;there were significant differences in VAS scores at the time of treatment im-mediately, one course, two courses and three courses after the treatment compared with that before the treatment ( P<0. 01);the recurrence rate was 16. 7% with a follow-up for six months after the treatment;no adverse reaction was found during the treatment. Conclusion The three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy in treatment of CHS has good effect and is safe with low recurrence rate.关键词
