摘要

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction and purification methods of baicalin from scutellaria baicalensis without using acid and alkali. Method:The content of banicalin were determined by HPLC. The content of banicalin was regarded as investigation target, distilled water and 50% ethanol were used as ex-tracting solution, the banicalin was purified by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin and then eluted with dif-ferent concentrations of ethanol. The transfer rate was investigated.Result:The optimal extraction and purifi-cation process:extracted by 50% ethanol, recouered by ethanol, eluted by 70% ethanol. Conclusion: The extraction and purification methods of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis without using acid and alkali re-duce the damage of baicalin and environmental pollution by acid and alkali, which is suitable for industrial-ized production.
