消癌平联合CPT-11化疗方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Xiaoaiping Combined with CPT-11 in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and security of Xiaoaiping injection combined with CPT-11 chemotherapy for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Method:120 patients with advanced gas- tric cancer in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Both groups received irinotecan ( CPT-11) chemotherapy regimens, while based on the above treatment the observation group was given the additional treatment of Xiaoaiping in-jection of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated for four consecutive treatment cycles and each cycle contained 14 days. The tumor markers, short-term effect, long-term efficacy and inci-dence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Result:The CEA, CA199 and CA242 levels in both groups were significantly lower after treatment ( P <0.05) . The CEA, CA199 and CA242 levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The DCR of the observation group was 85.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01). The mean PFS of the observation group was (11.57±2.09) months, which was significantly longer than that of control group ( P<0.05) . The levels of leukopenia, increased alanine aminotransferase, diarrhe-a, stomatitis and hand-foot syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the monotherapy group ( P <0.05) . Conclusion:Xiaoaiping injection combined with irinotecan chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has an obvious effect and a low incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
