老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心率变异性研究
Heart Rate Variability in the Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To detect the heart rate variability in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease and analyze the clinical significance. Method:42 cases of elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group, and 30 cases of elderly healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Then the heart rate variability index of the two groups were compared. Result: The average heart rate of the observation group was 71. 1 ± 1. 3 (bpm), compared with that of the control group 71.0±1.1(bpm), there was not statistical significance (t=0.34, P>0.05) . The SDNN, SDANN, SDNNindex, RMSSD and PNN50%of the observation group were 85. 6±1.8(ms), 83.4±2.1(ms), 20.1±1.9(ms), 12.1±1.1(ms) and 4.1±1.3(%), which were lower than those of the control group 117.1±1.2(ms)、118.1±2.7(ms)、56.7±1.6(ms)、37.2±1.5(ms) and 15.2±1.2 (%) , there were statistical significance ( t=83.44, t=61.32, t=85.93, t=81.97 and t=36.87, all P < 0. 05) . Conclusion:The heart rate variability can be used as the important indicators of the type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease ( CHD) patients in autonomic nervous system damage assessment.关键词
