Combined Detection of WBC Count, IL-6 and CRP in the Intrauterine Infection of Premature Rupture of Membranes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the significance of combined detection of CRP , IL-6 and WBC count in the intrauterine infection of PROM pregnant women. Method:Retrospectively analysed 60 cases of term PROM pregnant women in our hospital, according to the film breaking time, were divided into >24h group and ≤24h group, 30 cases in each group. Another 30 cases over the same period in our hospital nor-mal full-term parturient woman were selected as the control group. CRP , IL-6 level and WBC count were detected, and its influence on PROM intrauterine infection was analyzed. Result:The levels of CRP, IL-6 and WBC in PROM were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05);The CRP, IL-6 level and WBC count of patients with rupture of membrane in the >24h group was higher than that in the≤24h group, and the count of the>24h group were higher than that of the≤24h group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); The levels of CRP, IL-6 and WBC were higher in the PROM pregnant women at the time of application of 24 hours, than those of 72 hours, the difference was sig-nificant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined detection of CRP, IL-6 and WBC has important signifi-cance for the prediction and diagnosis of early intrauterine infection of PROM in pregnant women, which pro-vides theoretical basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics.关键词
