股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of Locking Plate Fixation on Proximal Femul in Treatment of Elderly Intertrochanteric Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To study clinical effect of locking plate fication on proximal femul ( LPFPF) in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture ( IF) . Method:From June 2011 to May 2014 in our hospi-tal, 124 cases of elderly patients with IF. were selected and divided into the observation gorup ( n=64 cases) which received LPFPF. and the control group (n=60 cases) which received dynamic hip screw (DHS), then the surgery and hospitalization related indicators in the two groups were compared, all the patients were followed up for 1 year, the therapeutic effect of the two groups in surgery and postoperative complications were compared. Result: The operative procedure, bleeding amount, hospitalization time and the time of weight bearing in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant ( P <0.05) . The excellent and good rate of the observation group after sur-gery was 82.81%, was statistically higher than the control group' s 66.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 1.56% in the observation group, was statistically lower than 15% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion:LPFPF is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with IF, can make patients recover quickly, and has fewer complications, which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
