舒适护理对结肠癌术后化疗患者康复效果及癌因性疲乏的影响研究
The Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Cancer Related Fatigue and Rehabilitation Efficacy of Patients Under Chemotherapy after Surgery for Colon Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on cancer related fatigue and to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients under chemotherapies after surgeries for colon cancer. Method:A total of 60 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients of both groups were given usual care, while the ob-servation group given comfortable nursing additionally. The rehabilitation efficacy was evaluated by the five functional scales of quality of life questionnaire ( QLQ-C30 ) of European Organization for Research on the Treatment of Cancer ( EORTC) , and cancer related fatigue evaluated by Brief Fatigue Inventory ( BFI) . Re-sult:Before the surgery, the patients of the two groups had similar QLQ - C30 functional scale scores ( P>0.05);at the end of 2 courses of chemotherapy, the patients of both groups had increased QLQ -C30 func-tional scale scores compared with those before the surgeries, but the observation group had significantly high-er functional scale scores than those in the control group (all P<0.05). Before the surgery, the patients of the two groups had similar BFI scores ( P>0.05);at the 14th day and the 28th day after the chemotherapy, the patients of both groups had increased BFI scores compared with those before the surgeries, but the pa-tients of the observation group had a smaller increasing extent than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion: Comfortable nursing can significantly improve the degree of cancer related fatigue, promote the postoperative rehabilitation, and elevate the quality of life in patients un-der chemotherapy after surgery for colon cancer.关键词
