护理干预对全膝关节置换患者术后膝关节肿胀及疼痛的影响观察
Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Pain and Knee Joint Swelling in Patients with Total Knee Replacement

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain and swelling degrees after total knee replacement. Method:A total of 60 eligible patients were selected and ran-domly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients of both groups were given usual care, while the patients of the observation group were given nursing intervention ad-ditionally, and the knee joint pain and swelling degrees were compared between the two groups. Result: 1 day after the surgery, the patients of the two groups had similar knee joint swelling degrees and visual ana-logue scores ( VAS) , and the differences were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);but 3rd day and 7th day after the surgery, the patients of the observation group had significantly better knee joint swelling degrees and VAS scores than the control group ( P<0.05) . All the patients were followed up for 6 months to evaluate knee joint function. Of the observation group, the numbers of patients with excellent, good, moderate, and poor HSS scores were 18, 9, 3, and 0, respectively;while of the control group, the numbers were 12, 9, 8, and 1, respectively;and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion: Nursing interven-tion can effectively lighten the postoperative pain and swelling degrees and promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients with total knee replacement.关键词
