快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者负性情绪及术后康复效果的影响
Fast-track Rehabilitation Surgical Care on the Postoperative Rehabilitation and Negative Emotions after LC

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of fast-track rehabilitation surgical care on the negative emotions and promote postoperative rehabilitation after laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) . Method:A total of 80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group used traditional care, while the observation group used fast-track rehabilitation surgical care, and the surgery conditions, self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) scores, and self-rating depression scale ( SDS) scores were compared between the two groups. Result: The two groups had similar operative times, and the difference was statistically insignificant ( P>0. 05 ); but the observation group had better intraoperative blood loss, postoperative time to out-of-bed activity, postoperative time to passage of gas by anus, and postoperative length of stay and so on than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( all P<0.05) . On admission, the two groups had similar SAS and SDS scores, and the differences were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);on discharge, both groups had decreased SAS and SDS scores, but the observation group had significantly greater decreasing extent than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The observation group had significantly lower in-cidence of postoperative complications than the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Fast-track rehabilita-tion surgical care can effectively improve the negative emotions and the internal environment state of the body, decrease the incidence of complications, consequently lighten the mental and physiological discom-forts, and promote the postoperative rehabilitation after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.关键词
