广东惠州地区职工糖尿病患病情况调查与研究
Prevalence of Diabetes Among Staffs in Huizhou of Guangdong
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of diabetes among the employees in government in-stitutions in Huizhou city, to discover the epidemiological characteristics and the relevant risk factors. Meth-od:The glucose data of 5796 cases from Sep. 2012 to Sep. 2013 and from Sep. 2010 to Sep. 2011 were col-lected and compared, with Logistic regression analysis, the different risk factors in two stages were analyzed. Result:One year later the second stage of the prevalence of type 2 diabetes was 5.92%, increased slightly compared with the first stage. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, family history of diabetes, sex, body mass index ( BMI) , blood pressure, high cholesterol were significantly related with type 2 diabetes, in which the low density lipoprotein cholesterol, family history of diabetes and body mass index were three big-gest risk factors. Conclusion:The prevalence of T2DM in Huizhou City among the staff and workers of insti- tutions is lower than that in big cities. If the related risk factors get control, the incidence of diabetes can ef-fectively reduce.关键词
