重庆市璧山区40岁以上人群青光眼的机会性筛查
Opportunistic Screening of Gglaucoma in Population Aged 40 or Older in Bishan district of Chongqing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of glaucoma and related damage to visual function in population aged 40 or older in Bishan district of Chongqing. Method:1761 patients or physical examination person from July 2012 to July 2014 were included. A series of glaucoma screening were made for them. Re-sult:Among 1761 subjects, 35 cases were diagnosed as glaucoma and the prevalence rate was 1.99%. The prevalence of primary angle-closure glaucoma, primary open-angle glaucoma and secondary glaucoma was respectively 1.31%, 0.57%and 0.11%. The prevalence of glaucoma and primary angle glaucoma were higher in women than those in men (All P<0.05). The difference in the prevalence of primary angle glaucoma, open-angle glaucoma and glaucoma in different ages was statistically siginficant (All P<0.05). Among 35 patients with glaucoma, 20 cases (57.14%) had impairment of visual function. 10 cases (28.57%) had mo-nocular or binocular low vision and 10 cases (28.57%) were monocular or binocular blind. The prevalence of damage to visual function in women and the elderly was higher. Conclusion: In Bishan district of Chongqing, the prevalence of glaucoma in the population aged 40 or older is high. Primary angle glaucoma is the main type and glaucoma. The prevalence of glaucoma is related to gender and age, and the prevalence of damage to visual function in women and the elderly is higher.关键词
