Abstract
Objective Analyze the composition of infectious diseases of hospitalized children in our hospital and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in children.Methods Collected the relevant information of infectious diseases of hospitalized children that aged 18 years and under in our hospital from 2011 to 2013, thenmake a descriptive statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 2 400 cases of hospitalized children with infectious diseases,there are 24 kinds of diseases, the mainly of them is Class C infectious diseases. A total of 1796 cases (74.83%) are hand-foot-mouth disease and mumps. The main of them is boys, male and female ratio is 1.87: 1. Age focused on early childhood and the preschool period. Hospitalization time centralized from May to August.The cases of other province are significantly higher than native children.The average hospitalization stayis (6.66 ± 5.66) days.The average cost of hospitalization is (6 855.19 ± 6 340.22) Yuan.AIDS and congenital syphilis as the main class B infectious diseases endangerchildren's health. Conclusion Strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases for scattered living and kindergarten's children. Parents and kindergartens should to enhance children'sphysical iftness and pay attention to personal and living environment hygiene. Strengthen pregnancy, maternal health education to effective prevent mother to child transmissioninfectious diseases.关键词
