小剂量静脉免疫球蛋白配合半量激素加益气温阳中药治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症的疗效观察
Curative Effect Observation of Small Dose of Intravenous Immunoglobulin With Half Amount of Hormone and Yiqiwenyang Medicine in Treatment of Senile Chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of small dose of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) with a half amount of hormone and Yiqiwenyang Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the treatment of senile chronic immune thrombocytopenia.Methods 36 cases with elderly chronic immune thrombocytopenia from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group (n=18). The observation group was administrated with IVIG added prednisone and Yiqiwenyang TCM, the control group was administrated with IVIG added prednisone. And compare the curative effect, platelet count and adverse reactions between two groups.Results The curative effect of observation group was obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05) and the more signiifcant platelet count elevated (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05), and blood glucose, blood pressure, Cushing symptoms and adverse reactions such as nerve mental symptoms than the control group also decreased signiifcantly (P<0.05).ConclusionSmall dose of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) with a half amount of hormone and Yiqiwenyang TCM in the treatment of senile chronic immune thrombocytopenia good clinical curative effect, the recurrence rate is low, little adverse reaction.关键词
