Abstract
With the gradual improvement of the market economy system in China, the competition in the power market becomes more and more fierce. In order to perfect the electricity pricing mechanism, optimizing re-source allocation and stimulating further development of the power industry, it is necessary to build a system under the government's regulation. The system requires the separation of administration from enterprise, fair competition, open and ordered, and sound development. The power industry develops inevitably towards automatic power sys-tems. The paper discusses the application of substation automation in the management of railway 10 kv substation networks, aiming to promote the effective operation of the automatic power system and the unceasing development of the railway industry.关键词
