摘要
Abstract
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council called upon mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Mass entrepreneurship and innovation is very significant for China's eco-nomic structure adjustment, new engine and new power of development, and especially the road of economic growth driven by innovation. How to support the growth of small and micro enterprises is one of the most impor-tant parts of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. This paper describes the relationship between credit rating and small and micro enterprises, and also the relationship between credit rating and credit platform. This paper states how the government provides services by using credit platform for small and micro enterprises to solve their prob-lems of financing, intellectual property and management while growth and development, and thereby promotes mass entrepreneurship and innovation, further more to boost the economic development of China.关键词
