Abstract
Key construction projects are those that have decisive roles in the development of the social econo-my in a certain period. Since the adjustment of its administrative divisions from local level to the county level of Chaohu City in August 2011, key construction projects have increasingly expended their scale. The planned invest-ment had reached 21 billion RMB till October 2015. Therefore, it is realistic and significant to take effective mea-sures to strengthen the analysis of the status quo of key projects, in order to increase benefits of government invest-ment and regulate management powers.关键词
