接触式激光刀辅助显微手术切除矢状窦镰旁脑膜瘤的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of microsurgical treatment of patients with parasagittal meningeoma by contact laser .Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with parasagittal meningeoma treated by contact laser were collected.The excision degree of tumor, amount of bleeding during operation,sinus protection and clinical curative effect were analyzed .Results According to the standard of Simpson excision ,all cases were achievedⅡdegree, the amount of bleeding was less than 50 ml during use of contact laser ,the structure of sinus were protected ,no deficit after operation .Conclusion The use of contact laser could improve the resection rate , lessen the bleeding in operation , protect the structure of sinus and enhance the curative effect for parasagittal meningiomas .关键词
