交通性颅脑损伤的流行病学特点分析
Epidemiological analysis on traffic craniocerebral trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of traffic craniocerebral trauma , its prevention and treatment .Methods The clinical data of 5295 patients with traffic craniocerebral trauma treated in neurosurgical department of our hospital and Shanghai Third People ' s Hospital from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively .The statistics of injured gender and age , culture degree , injury factors and prognosis were collected . Results The traffic accident was still the major injury factor in our urban area , people riding the electromobile were the largest injured proportion ,with the increase of the law enforcement , the proportion of craniocerebral injury caused by traffic accidents decreased .Conclusion The main factors of injury in traffic accident is still the main factor of craniocerebral injury in our urban area .Strengthening transportation management and enhancing the safety awareness of population could reduce traffic accidents and the mortality rate of disability .关键词
