急性外伤性颅内血肿双侧开颅术的临床疗效分析
Clinical analysis of bilateral craniotomy for acute traumatic intracranial hematoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and curative effects of bilateral craniotomy for acute traumatic intracranial hematoma .Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with bilateral craniotomy for acute traumatic intracranial hematoma were retrospectively analyzed .Results The follow-up from 3 to 6 months showed 3 patients recovered well,2 mild disability,1 severe disability,non vegetative state and 5 died,the mortality rate was 23.8%. Conclusion Bilateral craniotomy for acute traumatic intracranial hematoma should grasp the operation indication , finding and treating the delayed intracranial hematoma early would reduce the mortality .关键词
