知信行健康教育模式对帕金森患者生活质量的影响研究
Effect of knowledge, attitude, and practice of health educational model on the quality of life in patients with parkinson disease

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of the KAP health educational model on the quality of life in patients with Parkinson disease. MethodsA total of 60 patients with Parkinson disease in a 3A grade hospital of Luzhou from June, 2014 to March, 2015 were divided into observational group and control group by the method of random digital table group, 30 cases in each. The conventional health education was given to the patients in the control group, whereas observational group received the KAP health educational model in addition to the conventional health education. The score of KAP questionnaire, ADL, GSES, and WHO-QOL-BREF were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: In group receiving KAP, the scores of KAP was increased from (60.23±10.41)to (83.62±10.53);the scores of ADL was increased from (46.93±18.21)to(63.62 ± 16.53. The scores of GSED was increased from(20.45 ±5.49) to (35.35 ±5.15; and the scores of WHO-QOL-BREF was increased from (46.29±5.21) to (65.12±8.58). There were significant differences in the scores of KAP,ADL, GSED and WHO-QOL-BREF between the two groups(46.29±5.21). ConclusionKAP health educational model can significantly improve patients'self-care ability and the quality of life.关键词
