压块法提纯中碳鳞片石墨研究
Research on purification of medium-carbon graphite via fabricating graphite preforms
摘要
Abstract
A novel method was carried out to purify graphite based on traditional alkali-acid meth‐od .Graphite preforms are fabricated to raise the efficiency of removing the impurities .The prin‐ciple of purification as well as the influence of alkali adding amount and the extraction time on purification were also investigated . When the pressure of fabricating graphite preforms was 30MPa ,NaOH/C was 30% ,calcination time and temperature were 3h and 550℃ ,hydrochloric acid was 15% ,mass ratio of hydrochloric acid and graphite was 5 ,and extraction time was 120min ,the carbon content reached to 99 .72% .关键词
