利用 SSR 标记鉴定花生杂交 F1代真假杂种
Identification of Peanut F1 Hybrids with SSR Markers
摘要
Abstract
To identify the F1 true hybrids of four peanut cross combinations, SSR molecular markers were employed.The parents of those combinations were Ri Hua 1, a peanut cultivar with high resistance to bacterial wilt (BW), HY662, a high oleate peanut variety, and HY9610, a high yielding variety.Five polymorphic SSR primer pairs of fifty SSR primer pairs were selected to distinguish the true hybrids.Thirty true F1 hybrid individuals were identified and got confirmation of morphological identification.关键词
