摘要

Abstract

Germplasm resources innovation through mutagenesis is an important way for crop genetic im-provement and gene identification.In this study, peanut mutant population was generated by treating mature seeds of ten peanut cultivars, such as Fenghua 1, Shanhua 13 and Weihua 10, with EMS, 60 Co γradiation and neutron irradiation.And totally 30 000 M1 lines were obtained.The phenotypes of M2 mutants were ana-lyzed and some that apparently changed in leaf, plant shape, pod and seed were identified.Those M2 mutants with obvious variations in phenotype were grown to generate M3 for further confirmation.These mutants were excellent materials for peanut genetic improvement and functional genomics studies in the future.
