大豆发芽期和苗期耐盐性的隶属函数分析
Evaluation on Salt Tolerance of Soybean at Germination and Seedling Stages Using Membership Function

Abstract
Soil salinization is a global problem, and salt-tolerance evaluation of soybean varieties has great significance in improving soybean yield and expending cultivated area.In this study, the germination rate, germinal length, malonaldehyde ( MDA) and proline ( PRO) contents under NaCl treatment were meas-ured to evaluate the salt tolerance of 15 soybean germplasms using membership function.Among which, Fu 107-3, Xudou 10, Qihuang 34, Shanning 17, Lindou 10, Qihuang 35, Hedou 21 and Jiadou 43 with higher salt tolerance were suitable for cultivating in saline areas of the Huang -Huai-Hai Region.The dynamic qualification system was preliminarily developed to identify the salt tolerance of soybean at germination and seedling stages.关键词
