TDZ 和 BA 对金花梨和鸭梨叶片不定芽再生的影响
Effects of TDZ and BA on Adventitious Bud Regeneration from Leaf Explants of Pear Cultivars Jinhua and Yali

Abstract
In order to improve the adventitious bud regeneration capacity from leaf explants of two pear cultivars Jinhua and Yali, using in vitro leaves as explants, the effects of different concentrations of TDZ and BA on bud regeneration were examined with NN69 as basal medium.The results showed that TDZ failed to in-duce bud regeneration of Yali, and BA was more effective than TDZ.The effects of TDZ and BA on bud re-generation percentage of Jinhua didn’ t show significant difference , but TDZ significantly improved average bud number per leaf explants of Jinhua than BA.关键词
