采收方式对吉林晒红烟品质及经济性状的影响
Effects of Picking Method on Quality and Economic Characters of Dark Sun-Cured Tobacco in Jilin

Abstract
In order to study the appropriate picking methods of dark sun -cured tobacco in Nongan County of Jilin Province, the conventional chemical components, neutral aroma components, physical proper-ty, sensory quality and economic characters of local tobacco variety Dayehuang were studied under three pick-ing methods ( traditional one-time picking method, two-time picking method and three-time picking meth-od) .The results showed that with the increase of picking time, the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and total nitrogen increased, and the starch content decreased.The content of chlorine in the leaves under three-time picking method was the lowest, the contents of nicotine and potassium were the highest and the ratio of reductive sugar to nicotine was higher than that under traditional one-time picking method.The contents of most of neutral aroma components and the total content in the upper leaves and middle leaves were all the highest under three-time picking method.The leaf length, width, area, single-leaf weight and leaf specific weight also increased with the increase of picking time, while the stem ratio decreased.The difference of fill-ing ability under three picking methods was not big.The sensory quality, output value, ratio of high-class to-bacco improved obviously under three-time picking method.The results showed that the three-time picking method was the appropriate picking method of dark sun-cured tobacco in Nongan County of Jilin Province.关键词
