摘要
Abstract
Using Dunaliella salina YC01., isolated from Yuncheng Salt Lake, as material, the effects of exogenous glucose-oxidase and cytochrome C on the growth of D.salina andβ-carotene accumulation were investigated.The results showed that the cell density and β-carotene content of D.salina were both maxi-mum when the concentrations of glucose-oxidase and cytochrome C were 9 mg/L and 1 μmol/L, respective-ly.It indicated that the optimal additive concentrations of glucose-oxidase and cytochrome C were 9 mg/L and 1 μmol/L.关键词
