我国涩柿加工产业化现状和发展建议
Status and Development Suggestions of Astringent Persimmon Processing Industry in China
摘要
Abstract
China has the largest persimmon cultivation area and production in the world, more than 90%of which were astringent persimmon.Persimmon has rich nutrients, including abundant carbohydrates and va-rious of microelements, and both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine has verified its high health care value.The processed products of astringent persimmon such as de-astringency crisp persimmon, dried persimmon, persimmon wine, persimmon vinegar, persimmon leaf tea were introduced.The status and prob-lems of the astringent persimmon processing industry were discussed, and the development suggestions were proposed.关键词
