Expression changes and significance of ERG protein in prostate cancer
目的：观察前列腺癌（ PCa）组织中ERG蛋白的表达变化并探讨意义。方法选择144例PCa和100例良性前列腺增生（ BPH）患者，取其前列腺组织，采用免疫组化MaxVision法检测ERG蛋白，并分析其与相关临床病理特征的关系。结果 PCa及BPH组织中ERG蛋白的阳性表达率分别为25．0％和0，两者比较，P＜0．01；PCa组织中ERG蛋白表达与患者的年龄、术前前列腺特异性抗原值及远处转移无关（P均＞0．05），与Gleason 评分呈负相关…查看全部>>
