肺癌组织中Kiss-1蛋白的表达变化及意义
Expression changes of Kiss-1 protein in lung cancer and the clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression changes of Kiss-1 protein in the lung cancer tissues and its clini-cal significance.Methods The expression of Kiss-1 in 60 cases of patients with lung cancer including 33 cases of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma ( squamous cancer group) and 27 cases of patients with lung adenocarcinoma ( adenocar-cinoma group) , 25 cases of normal alveolar tissues which were taken from 5 cm above the edge of the lung cancer tissues ( alveolar group) and 29 cases of normal bronchial tissues ( bronchial group) was measured by immunohistochemistry and we analyzed their relationships with the clinical and pathological data.Results The expression of Kiss-1 protein in the squamous carcinoma group and adenocarcinoma group was both significantly lower than that in the alveolar group and bron-chial group ( all P<0.01) .The expression of Kiss-1 protein of lung cancer was significantly related with lymph node me-tastasis and TNM stage (all P<0.05).The expression of Kiss-1 protein of lung cancer was not significantly related with gender, age, tumor size, the degree of differentiation and histological type (all P>0.05).Conclusion Kiss-1 expression was decreased in the lung cancer tissues, which played a tumor suppressor role in the occurrence and metastasis of lung cancer.关键词
